At Assumption Catholic Secondary School, the Breakfast Club is more than just a morning meal – it is a daily reminder of community, compassion, and care. Organized by dedicated staff and supported by enthusiastic student volunteers, the club welcomes all students in the school’s main foyer before classes begin, offering a variety of nutritious breakfast options to start the day right. With food generously provided through school partnerships, donations, and community support, student volunteers prepare and serve meals while staff provide guidance and supervision.
This initiative reflects our MYSP priorities in action: Believing, as it models our Catholic faith through servant leadership and care for one another; and Belonging, as it creates a welcoming, inclusive space where every student feels supported. By ensuring students are nourished in both body and spirit, the Breakfast Club demonstrates how we live our faith and commitment to student success each day.
