Registration for the 2024 Summer School program is now open for students in Grades 8-12! This program is provided online through the Thomas Merton Centre for Adult and Continuing Education.
Who Can Register:
Students in Grades 8 -12 can register in this program:
- to earn credits towards their high school diploma
- upgrade high school credits
- take new prerequisites for apprenticeship, college, or university programs
Program Dates:
The 2024 Summer School program will run from Tuesday, July 2nd, 2024, to Monday, July 29th, 2024.
Information for Grade 8 Students:
Grade 8 students interested in registering for聽聽must register online through聽听产别蹿辞谤别听4:00 p.m. on Friday, June 21, 2024.
Reach Ahead credits are available only to Grade 8 students registered in an HCDSB secondary school for September 2024.
Information for Grade 9-12 Students:
Grade 9-12 students interested in full-credit summer courses must register online through聽听产别蹿辞谤别听4:00 p.m. on Friday, June 21, 2024.
Two (2) Credit Co-op will begin at the end of May and run until Monday, July 29, 2024, with hours dependent on the student鈥檚 placement. Registration for two credit co-op closes on Friday, May 17, 2024.
Course Format:
All courses will be offered in an聽online format through asynchronous learning.
Online Teachers will be available to support students from Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
