On Monday, April 22, 2024, students, staff, trustees, honourable guests and members of the 嫩芽视频 (HCDSB) community will gather to celebrate exceptional students聽across our school district聽at the聽36th Annual Student Awards of Excellence Ceremony.

MORE INFORMATION:
- 鈥婽丑别听Student Awards of Excellence聽are presented annually to a student from each HCDSB elementary and secondary school who has demonstrated outstanding qualities in Catholic leadership, family commitment, involvement in school affairs and community activities.
- 罢丑别听Spirit of Inclusion Award, created by the Special Education Advisory Committee (SEAC) will also be presented to student recipients on April 22nd. This award is presented each year to students who聽demonstrate聽a commitment to school activities and to their community; making their peers feel valued and respected.
- This year, at the ceremony we will present The Award of Excellence for Multilingual Students to two (2) newcomer students in any grade from an elementary and a secondary school. This award recognizes the perseverance and efforts of newcomer students through their transition to a new environment and learning a new language.
- Most Reverend, Douglas Crosby, OMI, DD, Bishop of Hamilton will preside over the Mass prior to the awards ceremony.
- Director of Education, John Klein; and Chair of the Board, Marvin Duarte will provide remarks.
