Each year, Veteran鈥檚 Affairs Canada (VAC) invites schools, individuals and organizations across Canada to design and craft valentines for the Valentines for Vets program, also known as the Hearts for Heroes program at the 嫩芽视频 (HCDSB).
The messages are sent to VAC鈥檚 head office in Prince Edward Island, where they are sorted and repackaged for distribution to veterans and active-duty military members worldwide, including those in long-term care and currently deployed.
VAC recognizes HCDSB as the largest distributor in Canada for this program, and once again this year, students made thousands of valentines for veterans around the globe!
