The Halton Catholic Parent Involvement Committee (CPIC) is pleased to be hosting a virtual information session for parents and guardians to learn more about the course selection process for students in Grades 9 to 11.

About the Session

The session will share information about:

  • Graduation requirements (Ontario Secondary School Diploma)
  • The course selection process on myBlueprint
  • Course planning to ensure that course selection aligns with post-secondary goals
  • E-learning opportunities (online courses) for the 2024-2025 school year
  • Grade 11 Pathways Programs 鈥 Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program (OYAP) and Specialist High Skills Major (SHSM)
  • Community service hours

Parents/guardians will also be given the opportunity to ask questions during a Q&A period.

Parents/guardians interested in attending must complete the  by 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 14, 2024.

Parents will receive an invite to the session, which will take place on Microsoft Teams, closer to the presentation date.
