Quotes

鈥淭his Groundbreaking Ceremony marks an important milestone for our entire Milton community 鈥 a very concrete example of how working together, we will continue to meet the needs of our growing community.

Our schools continue to attract families who wish to instill in their children the gift of a Catholic education, and we are grateful for the ongoing support and commitment of the Ministry of Education through the provision of funding to help us build new school buildings to help us better serve the needs of our Milton students and families.

We value in particular the ongoing collaboration and support we have received from MPP Parm Gill. Our appreciation is extended to the Region of Halton and the Town of Milton for their partnership and ongoing support of our schools.鈥

鈥 Marvin Duarte, Chair of the Board and Milton Trustee

鈥淭he establishment of a new school is always an exciting time from a school board’s perspective. As a Catholic school district, we recognize and value the importance of community. We know that our success as a school district is reflective of the healthy and vibrant partnership of staff, parents, pastors, and members of our broader community.

This afternoon’s celebration is a powerful demonstration of this commitment to community, and as we ceremoniously ‘break ground’ to symbolize the beginning of construction of a new school building, it is most fitting to do so in the company of our community partners.”

Patrick Murphy, Milton Trustee
