For staff, your login format is LastF@staff.hcdsb.org (where “F” represents first letter of first name)

If you want to change your password:

If you are already logged into your HCDSB account and just need to change your password, please visit . You will need to know your current password in order to change your password. The new password must meet HCDSB password length and complexity requirements.
