As we conclude the first year of our 2024-2028 Multi-Year Strategic Plan (MYSP), we are seeking feedback to help us reflect on our progress so far and guide our continued efforts. The survey is designed to gather input from all stakeholders – students, families, staff, and community partners – and is focused on the four priorities in the MYSP: Achieving, Believing, Belonging, Becoming.
Responses gathered will help us evaluate what is working well, where there may be gaps, and how we can continue to grow and improve.

Some important notes about the MYSP Monitoring Survey:Â
- Participation in this survey is completely voluntary and should take about 10 minutes to complete.
- Your responses will remain anonymous and confidential; only grouped responses will be shared in the report.
- The results will be included in the Director’s MYSP Monitoring Report for 2024-2025.
- If you agree to participate, please make sure to click ‘Submit’ at the end of the survey or we will not receive any of your answers.
- This survey will remain open until 11:59 PM on Friday, June 27, 2025.
