The designates the first week in May as Mental Health Week. This year, it runs from May 5-11, 2025, and the 嫩芽视频 (HCDSB) will join organizations across Canada in raising awareness about mental health.

The theme for this year鈥檚 Mental Health Week is “Unmasking Mental Health”.

Many individuals living with mental health challenges feel the need to wear a 鈥渕ask鈥 to shield themselves from judgement and discrimination. But the weight of stigma makes that mask heavier 鈥 and the sense of isolation, deeper. At HCDSB, we invite our community to look beyond appearances to see the whole person. When we lead with honesty and vulnerability, we create space for meaningful connection and support the mental well-being of all.
