As part of our Jubilee 2025 celebrations, the ÄÛÑ¿ÊÓƵ is proud to introduce our Heroes of Hope – individuals who embody the spirit of Pilgrimage in our school communities.

Inspired by the Diocese of Hamilton’s Jubilee campaign, Heroes of Hope highlights those who bring our faith to life by living out the values of Pilgrimage, Solidarity, Humility, and Human Dignity — the four sub-themes of our Jubilee year.

Honouring the Spirit of Pilgrimage

For the first theme, Pilgrimage, we asked each of our schools to nominate one individual who demonstrates:

  • A commitment to building relationships rooted in love and peace;
  • The Ontario Catholic School Graduate Expectations in their daily lives; and
  • Acts of mercy through service and compassion.

We are pleased to introduce the selected Heroes of Hope for the Pilgrimage theme – students, staff, parents, and community members whose actions reflect the heart of our Catholic faith and inspire others through their journey.
