About the Multi-Year Strategic Plan
In September 2016, the 嫩芽视频 (HCDSB) launched a multi-year strategic plan, “Focus on our Students: Strategic Plan鈥�. This plan has guided our system goals and objectives since then 鈥� shaping who we are, what we do, and why we do it. Each year, the Director of Education reports the progress of this plan to the Board of Trustees.
HCDSB has also developed a Student Achievement Plan (SAP). This SAP focuses on three provincial priorities of achievement of learning outcomes in core academic skills, preparation of students for future success, and student engagement and well-being. The objectives of this SAP are in line with the 2024-2028 Multi-Year Strategic Plan, which will guide our Board鈥檚 future goals and initiatives, beginning in September 2024.
