HCDSB staff are hosting Ready, Set, Go! information sessions for parents of children starting Kindergarten in September 2024!
Ready, Set, Go! is an interactive presentation offered to help parents better prepare their children for Kindergarten.
Ready, Set, Go! Information Sessions
All Ready, Set, Go! Information Sessions include:
- A brief presentation with Halton Region Public Health and HCDSB Staff on preparing parents and their child for Kindergarten;
- A tour of a Kindergarten classroom, led by Board staff;
- Community partner displays including information about our before and after school programs.
Ready, Set, Go! Workshop Locations
Please note: Ready, Set, Go! Kindergarten Information Sessions are only being held at select elementary schools. Parents are invited to attend whichever information session works best for them, regardless of the school their child is registered for. The session will provide an overview of the Kindergarten program at HCDSB and will not be specific to the host school.
