On Monday, May 1, 2023, the ÄÛÑ¿ÊÓÆµ (HCDSB) will be hosting a virtual Community Meeting for local agencies and public service providers to learn more about current partnership opportunities and working with HCDSB on future capital projects.

The Community Planning and Facility Partnerships Procedure (VI-78) provides a framework for HCDSB to work with community partners who will support the Board’s Mission, Vision, Values, and strategic direction.

Upcoming Community Information Meeting

Agencies and public service providers interested in learning more about working with HCDSB are invited to tune in to the virtual meeting on May 1st, 2023 from 1:30 P.M. – 3:00 P.M.

Become a Community Partner

Those interested in becoming a community partner are invited to review Policy I-37 Community Planning and Facility Partnerships and Community Planning and Facility Partnerships Procedure (VI-78) before submitting a proposal.

Partnerships will be evaluated and chosen based on suitability for upcoming projects and for meeting the criteria outlined in HCDSB’s policies and procedures.
